High White Cell Count, but no sign yet of what the problem is, Help ?

I've been having digestive problems and went to the doctor. The Digestive problems have calmed, but the neutrophils run anywhere from 10k to 14k. I already have Hashimoto's Thyroidus. I have already had one LAP score done. Normal. What diseases can I look search for. Is an ingested or inhaled allergy possibly causing this? Could it a be a reproductive autoimmune disorder? Any sugesstions would be welcomed.

Since you mentioned digestive problem, appendicitis is one that gives a high count with neutrophils dominating. It may be subsiding but count takes time to come down to normal.
Good luck!

neutrophils means bacterial infection ,allergies go with eosinophilia ,viral lymphocytosis ,so its mostly a bacterial cause
