What are they gonna do to me? |
I have high-functioning autism and I am to go to a psychologist next. People say of the psychologist to help me dramatically. What will the psychologist do? I am not going to tell you exactly what the psychologist will do, but not to worry, The first visit he'll likely assess your condition, and then want to discuss a treatment plan. Usually they work along with a prescribing M.D. since most can't ..The best thing you can do is not panic, be honest, and just relax. You'll do just fine. It really isn't anything to worry about. Good luck. i am not sure be nice and dont worry well, my mom's a psychologist, but apparantley, im not. sorry..i have no idea Mostly they just talk and help you to understand your condition. A psychologist is a scientist and/or clinician who studies psychology, the systematic investigation of the human mind, including behavior and cognition. Psychologists are usually categorized under a number of different fields, the most well-recognized being clinical psychologists, who provide mental health care, and research psychologists, who collect information on people's minds. |
