How do I relax and enjoy living a life? |
Hi guys, You must quit having competion with yourself! You must love get amansipated Therapy and medicine. They will help you. You deserve to be happy. Xanax Smoke some pot... gosh you just wrote a frekin book!!! lol just kidding if you look up brian regan on youtube you can use some of his jokes if you say you want to be a relaxed person, then relax. see what you're like minus the self-induced pressure, because that's a big part of who you really are. sit back, smoke some herb, listen to music, think, and enjoy your alone time. i think you should always take time out of the day to look at the bigger picture of everything, to escape in your own mind, to meditate. it's helped me grow up and think differently. Well, you could take yoga. It's very relaxing and makes you forget about everything. Also you could become involved in a lot of things you enjoy and make you happy, so that you are preoccupied and don't think about the bad things in your life. Also always try to think of the sunny side. It is hard but it helps. I think you just cultivate it, work at it every day. Just take life slowly...don't dread on the small stuff..like all the stuff u mentioned!! It doesn't matter! What truly matters is being happy in life....everything revolves around happiness. Sounds Like anxiety but not sure? Talk to your doctor about xanax Get help from a professional, you deserve to be happy. |
