Does anyone have a good diet that i can go on? |
hi, im 25 yrs old. i weigh 386lbs, and 5'2. i need to lose weight bad and ready to do so. i have lost 68lbs in the past. but i dont work, cause i have a son with autism and i stay at home with him. can someone help me with some exercise steps and diet ideas. thanks. all you need to do is hit the gym,,,get a low carb diet and get lean...you dont need to be skinny to look good. especially if you have kids....its so easy to see weight loss just by dieting right and running or treadmill for atleast 300 calories which is equivilent to tredmill/23-31mins bycycle=22-25mins....look i do this every day. You should be able to burn 10 calories per minute,.. just take it slow Weight Watchers....best life changing plan ever. You can even do it online so you don't need to leave th house. Also Kathy Smith workout videos are great for doing at home excercise. Good Luck. i don't think you should be looking for a diet, not that I'm against them or anything, they help loads of people but i don't think you are one of them!! You have a son? Awesome...Theres your answer. Take him to play and it turn you will be just as active, start small, you cant expect to run 10K's in a day just yet. In terms of diets, the only successful diet i've seen and heard work is weight watchers. I know 2 girls who've tried it and I've seen the results, and a couple of my friends know ppl who have also tried this plan and successfully lost weight. The only thing that works is to eat less and stick to it. The South Beach Diet foods do have the right amount of protein/carbs to sustain your hunger paings a little longer!!! Eat more foods that will last longer in you and you will be more apt to stay with it..... try a low calorie diet. you need to start consuming about 2000 at your weight a day and as you lose more slowly lower the amount of calories. workout tips i could give are buy exercise tapes, do crunches, or go for a walk with your son.
