I think i may have to commit myself soon...i cannot quit seeing 11 11 on things or 111 or 11?

its taking quite a toll on me....its happening so much now that itsstarting to make me think im insane...i saw 1111 3 times to day in 1 hour at the weirdest places i cannot tell a |DR they will laugh at me....everyone will laugh at me.....at first i tried to play it off but i cant stop it. i have no mental illness that i know of...should i seek a therapist....i have never done anything like that before. can some one point me in the right direction.......please note.....its nothing like that movie the number 23.....except...that he kept waking at 11|:11 that too was a bit freaky for me....but i kept quite....maybe i have autism i have thought of everthing....help?

If it's disrupting your life, then it's a problem. Possibly, it's a mild form of OCD. A therapist could help you figure it out. If you are in school, see a counselor there. If you can't afford one, contact your county government. They have programs.

I don't think you're crazy. The same thing happens to my friend. Every time he looks at his watch it's 11 minutes after. He sees lots of 11's in things and it seems pretty odd. I don't know if maybe he just notices it more when it's 11 or what. I'll tell you what I told him though... buy 11 lottery tickets on the 11th and see what happens! Maybe it's a good thing!
