14 year old teen with Atrial fibrillation..?

Hi, i've started to have these wierd super fast heart rythms since age 12. when they happen, my head goes really dizzy like im about to faint, feels like theres a lot of pressure on my chest and feel a loss of air. Atrial fibrillation. i've went to the cardioologists and everything they checked my heart in everyway they said it's a completely healthy heart they don't know why these strange fast heart rythms occur but they say its Atrial fibrillation.
I'm not taking meds for it, because it's not very seriouse for now it happends basicly once every 4 -5 months. but now that i'm in high school and this heart rythm happened at school not to long ago while doing gym really freaked me out because it was like infront of everyone and they ddidnt know what was going on with me. but it went away after.
I didn't pay much attention to this Atrial fibrillation before but now i worry and stress about it so much!! like i dont want it to happen again. should i get like a counseler to talk stuff thru

YEAH! that's mostly how it happends to me..
after like an activity or something i would bendover some way.. and then it would snap into this rythm it goes back to normal after a couple of minutes. it feels like im about to faint everytime that happends.

Atrial fibrillation is a rapid, irregularly irregular atrial rhythm. Symptoms include palpitations and sometimes weakness, dyspnea (difficulty in, or laboured breathing), and presyncope. Atrial thrombi ( a stationary clot in the auricle) often form, causing a significant risk of embolic stroke. Diagnosis is by ECG. Treatment involves rate control with drugs, prevention of thromboembolism (the phenomenon whereby a thrombus or clot detaches itself and is carried to another part of the body in the blood stream to block a blood vessel there) with anticoagulation, and sometimes conversion to sinus rhythm by drugs or cardioversion.
Please see the web pages for more details on Atrial fibrillation and Cardioversion.

edit: Please leave some feedback about it

Go to the hospital and get yourselff checkedASAP like after you read me saying go now go it is very serious go and GOD BLESS

Mine would go into a rapid beat stage just from bending over at the wrong time, then it would snap out of it with a skipped heart beat. I'm sure I'm not going to live to be 40.

btw I'm in great physical shape.

im so sorry to hear this , your so young, i would get another opinion. also it would not hurt to have someone to talk to about it i will keep you in my prayers--good luck with everything you do

you need to get a full body checkup , like MRI, CTC, Cholesterol, Sugar & Blood.
Do it now.
Don't over stress too much in the gym.

Good luck
