Anticoagulation therapy, for the long term. (to prevent blood clots)

Drugs used for this include heparin and lovenox, probably wouldn't hurt to take an aspirin a day.

Rate control.

Cardizem is usually used for this.

Some other cardiac drugs are used to convert the rhythm from AFib to a Sinus Rhythm.

Last ditch, a pacemaker may be required.
