Is there a quick way to stop athlete's foot itch?

Somehow i got athletes foot on both of my feet. The odd thing is that its only on top of my feet and its only from where my sandle straps where at. Not that I really care how I got it, I'm currently treating it with Lotrimin Ultra. My problem is the itch associated with it. Anyone have any fast acting solutions to stop the itch! please help I can't sleep at night and i can barely function at work!

I bought generic "Clotrimazole Cream USP, 1%" at Family Dollar. It takes that nasty itch away immediately. It must be available at any drug store. If you can't find it, ask the pharmacist. They are really smart. Good luck with that. :)

Calamine lotion is good for itching, hydracortizone cream is also good for athletes foot, both should help calm the itching down. It is probably best to wash off the first layer of cream before u apply another one so the area is clean each time.
Hope this helps

I hear if you pee on them it goes away .

Wash and bleach your socks and shoes(if you can) and your bath tub/shower. I heard it won't go away unless those items that come in direct contact with your feet are constantly disinfected. As for the itch pour straight peroxide on them.

Use a cream formula for athlete's foot. (Desenex) Put alot on and then put on clean white sox. Best if done overnight. That should take the itch away quickly. Keep using those same sox and cream at night until the athlete's foot is gone.

tea tree oil! Its a natural antifungal. It is at health food stores!Works for so many things including acne!
