Is this athlete's foot?

It's like a line right above my toes on the top of my foot that are itchy, little bumps that are red/pink in color. They itch really bad and it itches in between my toes as well. If it is athlete's foot how do I get rid of the itching and bumps and how do I prevent it. If it's not athlete's foot what might it be?

It very much sounds like tinea pedis, or athlete's foot. Nonprescription antifungals usually are used first. These include terbinafine (Lamisil AT), miconazole (Micatin), clotrimazole (Lotrimin AF), and tolnaftate (Tinactin, Tinaderm).
Prescription antifungals are used if nonprescription medications are not successful or if you have a severe infection. These include naftifine (Naftin), butenafine (Mentax), miconazole (Monistat Derm), and clotrimazole (Lotrimin). Griseofulvin is a prescription medication that slows the growth of fungi. It is used to treat athlete's foot. If over the counter medication does not make it improve, please see your doctor.

im pretty sure its athletes foot. you should use some antifungal cream on it

Sounds to me like it could be scabies... check out this site and look at some dermatological pictures, maybe you'll see something similar.
