What is the best way to treat athlete's foot?

It's gross I know, but I have it. Anybody got some tips on the best medicine out there? sprays vs. powders, etc? HELP!

I'm not even an athlete....

BOOM! Tough actin' Tinactin!

Go to the DR. I think he has a pill.

wear only all leather shoes -no plastic, wear cotton blend socks, and use an antifungal cream. ask the pharmacist.

If the stuff in the drug store doesn't help, wash your socks in water with a little organic, murky apple cider vinegar.(If you have Trader Joe's, get their brand. Or else go to a health food store, and try to get something that says "mother" on the bottle. Bragg's is the best.) Just be sure it's murky, not clear.

I have heard tea tree oil would work, I think it needs to be diluted somewhat. Health Food Stores carry it. The clerks in those stores can advise you.

Another suggestion is to use Vicks Vaporub.
