Could I be allergic to my Crocs? |
Everyone knows the infamous "Croc" shoes, worn by medical staff because they are nonslip and comfy. I just invested in my first pair, because I've always thought they were hideous things. I simple just wear mine around the house as slippers. They work great for when I quickly bring my dog out. But recently, whenever I put them on minutes later the top of my feet break out in little red bumps-- similar to a swollen mosquito bite. The bumps itch like no other, and are extremely uncomfortable. It isn't athlete's foot because I've had that in highschool and know what it feels like. I've put topical itch cream on them, and stopped wearing my Crocs for a few days. I thought these shoes were supposed to be hypo-allergenic. Do your Crocs make your feet itch? Can someone help me with this? My crocs are brand new, and I keep my shoes clean. You say you keep them clean. Do you toss them into the washer or dishwasher? Try wearing socks with them?? rather than just sticking your bare feet in them? it might be something inside them. i have a pair of crocs also.. & they haven't done that to me. Hey hon, |
