What Should I Do If I See Either A Girl Or A Young Woman Barefooting In Public?

Sometime In Either September,October,November Or December Of 2006 I Saw Either A Girl Or A Young Woman Barefooting At The Shopping Center That Is Close To Where I Live.I Thought About Making Or Having Someone Make A 911 Call To Have Police Officers Make Her Put On Some Footwear & Also To Send An Ambulance Over To Make Sure She Doesn't Have Any Scratches.I Was Afraid That She Would Step On Something Sharp Which Could Cause Either Bleeding,Foot Injury,Foot Infection Or Athlete's Foot.By The Time I Could Do That Either She Or I Already Left The Shopping Center.

Hey, relax a little and worry about something important. Figure out a way to move people around without using fossil fuel

Maybe she is from the generations of Cinderella. If she's really good looking why not offer to buy her a new pair of shoes? It might make her happy. If not I wouldn't worry about it. You should try it yourself. It feels quite nice! It's actually a sport. Sometimes we get cut, but thats sport for you! Enjoy.

being barefoot in public is perfectly legal. don't worry about it. in the worst case scenario feet can get some serious injuries and be fine. it's her problem, not yours.

Being barefoot in some public areas is illegal, such as in a restaurant. But the decision to call in law enforcement lies with the owner of the restaurant, grocery store, etc.
Next time you see someone without shoes, let it go. It's his or her choice and unless it's unhygienic (such as in a restaurant) it's all good. Anyone without shoes recognizes the fact that he or she could step on something and cut his or her foot. That's his or her personal choice.

You have serious mental problems i go out in public with nothing but board shorts on.
