Small brown spots on scrotum?

I have two brown spots on my scrotum. They aren't really dark, but somewhat light and always itch there. It's somewhat similar to the feeling of Athlete's Foot, when you scratch, it feels good and you want to scratch more.
I'm hoping it's nothing more than a mole or a freckle.
I'm 14 and not sexually active.
My estimate is they are 1-2mm long.
Could this be skin cancer?
Should I go for a physical?
thanks!

How long have you had these? If its been a while its nothing more than prolly a sebaceous cyst whick 60% of men get and there no harm but they can get bigger and you can have them removed if you want.

Give it about 7-10 days and if you notice a change in size there just sebaceous cyst and if there painfull or puss it more than likely an ingrown hair. hope this helps man just keep an eye on it no worries man

I'd get it checked man ... nothing to mess with.
