what should i do if i have a moderate athlete's foot? Tinactin spray [powder] is very good. Lotrimin AF or Tinactin soak your feet in epsion salts and get some over counter powder to put in your shoes. There are powders and sprays that you can get. Go down the isle with all the medications. You will find ones there. Tenactin (sp?) works good. My boys have had to use it. Clears up quick. go to the doctor and see what prescribson they will give you Believe it or not...use the same thing for jock itch. No kidding. It works. I know this is weird, but I have been told that peeing on your feet works too. My boys do it because the doctor told them to start peeing on their feet in the shower and they don't get athletes foot anymore. Their feet don't stink anymore either. They do wash them afterwards. |
