Any at home PT that i can do? |
I sprained my ankle in september of 2007 and its healed pretty well but i still have some nagging pains when i do certian things with my foot..Example.(When i hop up and down on the injured foot)..Now im not a pro athlete and i do have full range of motion so i havnt really concidered surgery.But i do play a lot of sports so i want to know if there are any at home Physical Therapy exercises i can do to strenghten the injured ankle....Please provide me with any websites that would be helpful to me. www.physicaltherapy.com |
