I want to keep building muscle, while shedding some fat for more definition...? |
does cardio take away from your body building gains..if i were to run twice a week and still lift weights would i be doing better (as far as definition) or am i shooting myself in the foot? Athletes and/or bodybuilders only please. dude try higher reps for the particular muscles or groups you are working arnold in the book pumping iron made fun of the bulked up boys in europe and the fact that they were not doing isolation excercises for particular muscles try the library or go online to a web site for a particular body builders training books iled Frank Zane and Franco Columbo and Arnold back in the day also cardio with wrist wieghts and do twisting motions on the diferant arm or leg muscles the more muscles that are involved the more definition you get.. an olde dude that can press his wieght still.. I am a wrestler and body builder. I do both at the same time. Keep in mind doing it like this will only let you gain muscle at half the rate of a bulking plan. You'll get lean though. |

Like if h... um, you're 15. just eat the cookies. if you're athletic, it doesn't matter. unless you're spending beyond your means (which unless you have a job, you don't have means.) ... I only get a burning sensation in my feet when I walk on coals. Seriously though I doubt it is athletes foot from the description you give. My advise is to go and see a doctor if it worries you.... dont worry abotu it, just do a lot of moderate excersizing like walking or slow joging to lose the weight, but you'll be COMPLETELY fine. dont worry ... |
