Big Man Boobs? |
Hi I am a 100% strait male, 5 foot 9, 13years old, 135 pounds. See, NOT FAT. I swear, non of you better say lose some weight. Any specific foods for this type of thing? I mean, I don't eat to much crap. Chips here and there, but thats it. All reduced fat in my family. Anyways, any specific foods that might help my treatment? awww...theyre really mean. i dont know how you can control them because sometimes they will keep growing. my boy cousin (16 yrs old) started growing boobs too and he had to get surgery for it. its simple and they said it was because the fat was storing up there and it happens a lot. now he fine and his man boobs vanished. You might want to see a doctor about that, yeah it will be embarassing to tell your parents, but it is embarrasing when people put you down. I would just say eat healthy only about 1 snack, 3 meals, and 1 helping of each meal. Instead of being on the computer right now, go out for a jog. Don't give up! =) wear a sports bra.. maybe ask a docter ? maybe u can have surgery or sumthing..anyways just be happy =) See a doctor if it is a big problem. And if their are problems at school see the counsler or principal to deal with them. Anyway, it can be fat or muscle man boobs that are growing. You should not feel to embarassed unless they really are HUGE.. You must be a constant victim of titty twisting. You said you wouldn't do extensive weight training, but I would do some bench pressing. I used to have fat there and did bench pressing and it turned into a solid set of pecs, which looks a lot better, and you can wear a tight tshirt. A lot of the problem you just outgrow as I recall. Been there, had that and now I wear a tight tshirt with pride. |
