Why do I get so many cramps? Is it because of my nutrition?

Why do I get so many craps in my feet and legs. I am not a athlete or anything.

Try drinking more water this may help.

Possibly Dehydrated or not drinking enough water

your probably low on potassium ...eat banana's

It very well could be, they say too much salt and not enough water...creates an unhealty profile.

You need to drink more water. Atleast 6-8 glasses a day. Carrots, oranges can also help.

...and if you're already drinking a lot of water you could be flushing the potassium out of your system and you do need to replace it. Bananas are a good source; one everyday.

Several things cause cramps. Lack of water. Too much caffeine. Lack of potasium (especially if you sweat a lot). Lack of excersize.

Hopefully it is not this, but mine were caused by pressure on nerves in my neck. Just in case here is site for neck and back problems.
