Weird muscle cramps have benn happening to me lately? |
i am not an athlete I AM A GUY!! Probably is potassium. Eat some bananas. You could be drinking too much water. could be low potassium...take supplements and eat plenty of fruit (esp. bananas)...a simple blood test would tell you if its a potassium deficiency According to everything on this site cramps=your period. Light flow or heavy flow love? Hopefully it is not this but mine were from a neck problem. See this site for back and neck problems. You need to get to a doctor and have your electrolytes checked. To get these when you stretch is a dead give away that you're low on either potassium or magnesium. You could be drinking too much water also. Bananas and avocados , and baked potatoes are good. For tonight, soak in a tub of water as hot as you can stand it, to make those muscles relax. Could be a lack of potassium, calcium and/or magnesium. Maybe low sodium. muscle crams are usually cause by lying in bed to long or being dehidrated, low levels of magnesium or calcium in the body, muscle fatigue, or heavy exercise. |
