i mean some bloke on this site says his doctor said too much K. i thoght you nneed to take extra K if you were taking diuretics and peeing so much? i have bad swelling and nuropathy and feet are hurting now and swelling. and i am hungry and frustrated and pissed. have i been doing it all wrong taking all that postassium? i thought we had to have replacement minerals to protect the heart. i learned that from coaches as a student athlete. didn't think of K as salt for some reason. afraid i have (i am sure i do really) ccongestive heart failure and cardiiologist has assume i knew that. or else he is a jerk. i am so upset i think i will backslide to night and drink a lot of beer if it kills me. i am going boinkerss damn it!!!
