Will I probably be at least six feet tall? |
I'm 18 in 3 months and I'm sure that I haven't had growth spurt.(5'7''). Mom is 5'3''-5'4''. Dad is 6'0''-6'1''. I have heard of late of maturity. I know that there are athletes such basketball players who have grown from my height to like 6'3''-6'4''. Are there any signs of possible growth or a cease in growth. I don't think that I have grown since I was 16. Could I have stopped growing for good so early or what. I beleive my mom grw until she was like 16 but I don't know about my father. I've noticed that my leg, specifically my calf muscles have gotten slimmer.( I wasn't fat but like soccer player like calves). I have been felling pain in my waist so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with my growing again. please put down as many answers as you can. Nothing stupid either. You still have some time to grow, but remember you can't do anything about your height. I think so - there are more inches to add into your early 20's If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night鈥檚 sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options. Yes i do think you will be 6 foot seeing as ur only 18 that meens u havent stopped growing u could have a few inches left i think u should get to atleast 6'1" Why dont u use the height increasing insoles? They are a cheap option. |
