Atherosclerosis?

1- Can you describe a potential problem with taking aspirin, garlic, and vitamin E?

2- How would you address any person to take supplements recommended by a person without professional training in nutrition or medicine?

3- What relationship do folate and vitamins B12 and B6, have with atherosclerosis?

4- Describe the effect of antioxidants on free radicals and show how this relates to atherosclerosis.

5- Explain the relationship of each of the three types of fat and cholesterol intake to cardiovascular disease?

There is NO RELATINSHIP between saturated fat and cholesterol and CHD. ONLY polyunsaturated vegetable oils.

Free radical damage injures the arterial wall, creates inflammation leading to atherosclerosis .

All one has to do is rummage though the full texts of the clinical trials to see the Cholesterol Theory of coronary artery disease is scientifically untenable crap.

The problem is most people do not think and look things up for themselves.
