Can atherosclerosis, poor circulation, peripheral artery disease be reversed naturally?

Reversed implies "total reversal" and to that hope I'd say I don't think total reversal can happen with medication or with non-medical treatments. Partial therapeutic effect is to be had from a correct medication regieme, but I stumbled upon an amazing "cure" for chronic back pain, neuropathy, poor balance, inadequate circulation: Tai Chi. I learned a particular brand of Tai Chi called Tai Chi Chih (Chih is prounounced as if you were saying chuh like the chu on chuck or chuckwagon, chuh)...19 exercises as opposed to the hundreds in regular Tai Chi. After six weeks, during the classes, I began to have better balance, pain left my feet and legs, my back pain left and even my walking and the tone of my buttocks was improved. I was able after six months to return to a work out routine at a gym, which after Tai Chi Chih, is what I'd recommend to you, both aerobic and strength training using the "machines" that help format the exercise.
