Anyone out there suffer from atherosclerosis?

shut up Sam you dont know what your talking about

RECOVER FROM IT.

Someone I know well did.

With God's Help.

And by reforming food habits.

Quite radically.

(NOT easy at all, BTW).

It's all in the motivation and drive.

Can start by eating one julienned raw onions with lunch every other day.

No way, uh ?

Told ya it'll be tough.

why?

Anyone above 60 suffers from it.And above 40 if one is alcoholic or diabetic.

well it a disease of the walls of the arteries in this the arterial wall gets narrowed by the deposition of lipids and fats on them and it is a major risk factor of Ishemic Heart Disease. Daily exercise and having a low fat diet with prophylactic therapy of Atervostatin (a antihyperlipidemic drug) gives some protection.
