Spastic Paralysis, Fredricks Ataxia, RSD, Any connection? |
When my mom was younger she was told she had Spastic Paralysis, and Fredricks Ataxia. Witch does run in our family. And now that my mom is near her 50's she has been diagnosed with RSD. And I'm wondering if those are in any way related? and what about them being hereditary? If anyone knows, or knows were or how i can find out I would be very thankful I am not familiar with Spastic Paralysis, or Fredricks Ataxia, but I have had RSD for about two years now. RSD is typically a condition that occurs after a minor injury, and the sympathetic nervous system then thinks it is still trying to heal the body even though what it is trying to heal has already healed thus causing the severe pain. RSD is not a hereditary condition. Some good websites about RSD are www.rsds.org Thank you for responding but it didn't answer much Report It |
