currrently participating in alternative treatments and hoping that they can help. conventional medicine and neurologists have been no help at ALL. recently began accupuncture which has helped tremors. looking for advice, opinions, experience regarding these problems and treatments. I would suggest you pay a visit to a naturopath and/or a homeopath. You can check with your local health food store to see if there is one they recommend. If not, there's links at the bottom to find them in your state. These professionals will be able to help you determine what you need to help your body balance. What works for some, may not work for you -- each specific cause is different. Sounds like you need to get laid. A very good friend of mine has Essential Tremor, and we have found a functional fruit juice with medical validation that has really alleviated the tremors. She found that no medicine had ever made any difference, yet this is helping her a great deal. Is this a family trait? My siter-in-law has tremors in both hands...made worse by stress, caffeine, and lack of sleep. My son has a tremor in his right hand...neither is affected beyond what people may have to say about it(and I do realize that in some cases that is more than enough) There is a drug that is available but it's side effects are worse than the ailment but you may have found that out for yourself...good luck with the accupuncture I do know that it does work wonders...biofeedback perhaps?
