Astigmatism disappeared or Is Prescription Wrong? |
Hiya. I got a new prescription and new glasses at LensCrafter this week. When I got the new glasses, the left eye was blurry, especially for reading. They remade the lens, but the eye was still blurry, so I returned them. Astigmatism is really the shape of your eye, so it is very possible for the astigmatism to disappear. We are living breathing animals and yes it is possible for our prescription to change a little bit...or in your case have your astigmatism "go away." If your Rx for glasses was checked every day we would come up with slightly different answers each day. The prescription is wrong. it is not possible to just disappear I would personally get it rechecked but Alfred is way off about the impossiblity of having astigmatism just disappear... 1.Sometimes slight change in astigmatic power may happen.I don't think it is an error. |
