How causes your eyesight to worsen? |
My parents both wore glasses when they were 17, ultra violet radiation is very bad for your eyes, that is the sun and tanning beds. never stare directly into the sun and do not go tanning w/o wearing the protective eyewear. vitamin c is good for your eyes, i always heard that if you eat a lot of carrots you will have good eye sight, that is a myth b/c i love carrots and eat them all the time, i am now 20 am legally blind and i had to get glasses when i was in the 3rd grade. genetics have a role in it and yes being too close to a computer screen or tv is bad for your eyes. Masturbation.. read in the dark.. wear glassses that are not for u like u put on ur mom's glasses. lol..put vinegar in ur eyes!lol If you put your eyes to close to comp/tv screen or read things in the dark. I didn't listen to my parents when I was younger now I'm getting glasses in a month. ok what a coincidence i say the eye doctor 2 day and the thing is many thinks can change eye sight as you grow your eye shape will change and yes reading and all of that stuff is bad but it dose damage to retina(back of eye) the center of eve that is black is actually clear and eye doctor looks inside of your eye with light and dilation of the eye that makes the black part of eye larger and you eye may worsen because you seem to have the genie and you are still growing so you may get glasses it is not that bad Age is a factor, at least it was with me. I had excellent vision until I was 30, then all the sudden my close up vision started to deteriorate until I had to get bifocals. Now at 47 I cannot read without them, and each checkup they're a little worse. I've heard conflicting reports about how computer monitors affect your vision, but staring at a screen all day isn't good for me because for one thing I blink less and my eyes get dry and irritated. |
