Improve eye sight? |
All my life i have had an astigmatism (spelling?) when I was younger i even had to wear a patch. Now (15 years later) I dont wear glasses but I feel one of my eyes becoming weaker again. To the point were I can't read normal sized writing on the computer at all when I close my strong eye and I feel like when I look in the mirror my weak eye is turning lazy. I know I should go see an eye doctor but I don't have adequate health insurance (other than my university provided health insurance witch does not cover anything optical) and wont until I graduate school this spring and get a job. Until then is there any special eye excersises or foods I can eat that are known to improve eyesight? Not that I know of, but getting a good nights sleep every night is very important for the eyes as well as everything else. It sounds as if you're in college so therefore you may be doing a lot of reading and studying. You need to relax your eyes occasionally. Put a warm compress over them, drink lots of water and get a good nights sleep every night. That should at least help. i dont know one, but i do know to eat carrots and drink water. and u could try lasic eye suregery. it doesnt hurt. my neice had it at the age of 15. she had very bbad eyesight. u could try glasses again or contacts. |
