New Glasses..?

So i just got these new glasses cause i have astigmatism, and my optomitrist said that they are comfort glasses..but whenever i wear them i get a headache. i just got them 2 days ago so is it normal for them to give me headaches??

Glasses that correct astigmatism are often the hardest to get used to. The astigmatism correction causes things to appear taller, fatter or angled (and potentially different in each eye).

The key is if the glasses provide sharper vision, then they are probably correct. Give them a few more weeks, and for now wear them as often as you can. Once you adjust the first time, you'll have less trouble going back and forth. That is, unless you develop a strong preference for the clearer vision.

Yes it is but if kit keeps up there might be an issue so then go back to your optometrist.

Yep, totally normal. It may take a few days for your eyes to adjust. Give it a week. You will be fine.
xo

They are eye strain eventually they will go away

It is normal to have a headache for about a week.. Thats how long it took for me to get used my glasses... Just make sure that you are wearing glasses as directed... some people only need glasses for certain things or for everything... ... if you have to wear them all the time then you should be doing that... I have to wear mine when I do things that require visual challenging tasks... I am near sighted plus my eye drifts slightly so pretty much I wear my glasses all the time.. .especially when I am travelling..

return them.
