PLEASE HELP!! Why is it hard for me to breath please help!!!!!?

I am 12 years old and like I am NOT out of shape I get a BIT light headed and it's hard for me to breath and I haven't even ran. please help me and if it's anxiety what is it? and if I go to the doctor what will he do to check me out if I have asthma or not?It doesn't happen that much but when it comes back I feel like my lungs are tight or something again.
it's happening again, it goes away and comes back it scares me cause I feel like I have breath in and out deeply

Yes It does sound like you have asthma I have it and did not know for years ... went to the doc he gave me a puffer... it gives you a single dose when you need it .. man it was like I got new lungs.

Beathing was so much better...
Do go see your doctor. your air ways are very importand and needs to be taken care of

Sounds like asthma, the doctor will listen to your chest and back and the get you to blow hard into a big plastic tube the measures your lung capacity. All painless and quick and easy. If it is asthma he will get you an inhaler.
