How can I increasae my height.Iam good looking and smart but thin and 165cms .?

Will injections of artificial growth hormone and limb stretching be helpful.Wat what are the possible ways of enhancing my physical appeareance.Iam good lookg but because of my poor physical appeareance I am alaways frusted .Please help

How old are you? If your not at the age of still growing you are out of luck... nothing you can do. Otherwise talk to your doctor but if your past your teens forget it learn to love who you are and don't focus on something you can't change!

First of all, are you still growing? If so, then give it some time. Let nature take its course. Some people have a late growth spurt up to around 19 or 20 years old. However, if you are an adult, there is no safe way to start growing again. Taking growth hormone treatments can lead to some bad medical complications. Limb stretching is probably quite unnecessary. Learn to love your body the way it is now. 165cm isn't bad. I know lots of men that height, and they seem to have no problems.

Please. Get some self-asteem ! The problem here lies not with your height but with your perception of yourself which is, obviously, really low. You will never feel happy unless you learn to live with yourself for who you are.
