What's the best way ot ease phantom pains in the leg?


My wife is an amputee. She's having them bad tonight.

Rub the opposite limb and make the movement over the amputated site so they can see. Sometimes rubbing the suture line helps too.
Honestly, it is not guaranteed.
Phantom pain can be hard to aleviate.

when i have phantom pain i usally rub the other leg or turn the t.v on and get my mind on something else.
