Organic Weight Loss Supplement...?


I need to find a weight loss supplement which does not contain any type of amphetamines (synthetic OR organic). I have been doing some reading about Hoodia, but apparently, a lot of those supplements have other things included in them. Has anyone had any luck with specific brands of supplements? Thanks in advance.

Haha, Fat G, you're cute! I don't have an obesity problem. I am 5'1 and weigh 105 lbs. I exercise regularly. I am asking this question because I have a friend who previously used a lot of amphetamines and kept her weight down that way (though she is not FAT either) and wanted a little something to burn some fat, or suppress her appetite. That's all. I do appreciate all present replies thus far, however. =)

I am interested to know also what is out there that works that wont give any side effects that harms the body.

I know the basics of weight loss is to watch what you eat, how much you eat, and always get exercises in! But....
easier said than done.

* Eat whole food

* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat 鈥?that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!

* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It鈥檚 important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you鈥檒l stick with it.

    sample contamination in the lab is another possible reason though, i don't think there are any over the counter things that croos react for amphetamines, tell him to see a doctor, good luck
