Wat is wrong with me?

i got over excited, and get mad bursts of energy, which can last for days, i seem t get really high. for no reason. and other days i feel so low, and serious think wat the point of living. when im up i can stay awake for days, i get mad thoughts and visions. ive found the only way t come down t a normal level is t take amphetamine. i see alchol/drug councellors. and cyciatrists, ive rote down everything, as i think i can explain it all better in riting, instead of trying t remember everything. im on zyprexa 10mg. but they dont seem t bring my head down. and it keeps racing, the amphetamine stops it all makes me calm, no thoughts/visions. i feel normal while using. i no its the wrong way t self medicate myself. any ideas wat may be wrong with me? any thoughts as t wat i can put t me cyciatrist t try and get different meds? any1 suffering the same sort of symptoms?and wat type of help r u recieving? medication or councelling wise?

i am under cyciatrist, but shes yet t diagonose me, as ive only been under her sinse 28 december, last year. ive wrote down 10 pages of wat i think feel, how i go, wat the amphetamine does for me, im hoping it will help her understand me a bit more. thank you for your answers so far, keep them coming.

This is clearly Bipolar I disorder. Your Psychiatrist should have already given you this diagnosis based on you accounts. If he hasn't find another one. You should probably be on lithium as well as lamictal. This cocktail seems to control both highs and lows very effectively. You may need to keep some zyprexa or clonazapine around for when you start to go manic or hypomanic (high or racing thoughts).
It's pretty common for Bipolars to self medicate but is usually a big mistake because it can intensify your episodes and make them more frequent. Seeking treatment the moment you feel you might be going high is the best idea. Don't wait! Good luck.

Sounds like mania to be. Manic Depression, or more commonly, bipolar. I'm not a doctor, so you should see one and find out for sure. You should really cut the drug use, I don't think it's helping you. But many people with manic depression abuse substances. You're self medicating. You need to see a psych doctor asap.

Possibly Bi-polar...you need to see a Psychiatrist and a therapist...and stop abusing amphetamines. You're adding to your mental health issues, not solving them! KJL
