Certainly , i think, i have Paramnesia or Amnesia, what can i do and how fix it ?

You need to see a doctor ASAP. Anterograde amnesia (the inability to remember new things) can be a sign of a serious neurological problem. There's no simple treatment for it, especially if the underlying cause invovles irreversible damage, and it's certainly not something you can treat without consulting a qualified medical professional.
