What do u call it when you sometimes lose memory, and then you regain it? Is it random amnesia or selective or |
I suffer from depression, which causes memory losses. I find it hard to memorise stuff and sometimes cannot recall certain things - but I could figure out a pattern of memory losses. selective amnesia, there is no such thing as random amensia! Its called drinking too much and having your friends tell you how much of a ****** you were last night its called senille It call a "Brain Fart" normally you forget something like where you placed your car keys, then later you will Dwell on the Keys and your Subconscious remember. What I try to do; 1. Have a place for everything and always put it there, but, if you get lazy, again you will forget. 2. When you do something always try to re-enforce your thinking as to what you just did, repeat to yourself, "I laid the Keys on the TV" this can help. That about all I can tell you. its called a memory lapse.... or you just have bad short term memory and good long term memory like me... umm what were we just talking about??? |
