Bipolar and Migrains, Deja Vue, Vertigo and other epilepsy-like symptoms?

I have been diagnosed with bipolar for six years now. Symptoms have increased in severity from Type II to Type I within the first year. A few years ago, I noticed increased intense deja vue lasting much longer than most experience (5 minutes) prior to and durring hypomanic and manic episodes. More recently, I have noticed migrains accompaning hypomania. Last, I have noticed vertigo as a precurser, it happened once before prior to a very major episode, and again more recently (it's 1:30 AM and I had 5 hours of sleep last night [yes, I am in contact with my provider])

This is not accompanied with short-term amnesia, lost time, memory imparements or paralysis which seems to laymen-me, inconsistant with partial epilepsy.

However high mania has in the past included out of body experiences as well as tunnel vision, and total amnesia for periods of days to over a week, which is also inconsistant with epilepsy (each durring hospitalization).

Does anyone else know of these symptoms?

Have you had any tests like an MRI or an EEG and so on to check your brain function and to see also if you may have a tumor that is adding to your syptoms? The headaches during the manic phases and tunnel vision with amnesia concerns me.

i have extreme veritgo& i'm bi-polar...there's other weirdness going on that i won't mention i can deal with the bi-polar...it's the f***ing vertigo that i can't stand! i also suffer migraines.life's a ***** ain't it! deja vu...ditto!

I suffer from Vertigo with episodes of sycope (passing out) I actually got discharge from the army for it.. Vertigo is usually caused by an inner ear problem, However it can be heart related as well. The can couple together to make the problem worse as well. When you get the vertigo to have a collapse of vision at all? Best advise is to go see a nurologist have him hook you up to the head machine and do some tests.
OK just read more of your question .. tunnel vision thats how my syncope started... as my doctor explained to me.. when you get dizy (vertigo) And you begin to get tunnel vision if it collapses fully its syncope, then your heart jumps into overtime pumping adrenalin tring to essentially reboot your brain so you can wake up.

I just gave you a snarky answer elsewhere so let me be an actual help here. I have epilepsy and this doesn't sound like it. It actually sound like you might be having anxiety attacks.
