Will having amenorrhea now, at 17, affect my chances of someday having children?

I've never had a regular cycle since I started at age 11.

Depending on what is causing your amenorrhea, it could affect your fertility someday, regardless of age. If you're having problems with your menstrual cycle, it's something that needs to be checked out by your doctor or gynecologist.

It depends why you have amenorrhea

were your periods once regular
have you ever had periods
do you have or ever had an eating disorder
are you exercising excessively and have a low body fat

If you never had periods it may just be that you are a late starter but it would be worth seeing doctor
If you had periods then they stopped -ask why-did you loose a lot of weight/If this is the cause then when you regain weight your body should switch on again.
Hopefully your fertility will be Ok
