Help with amenorrhea?

I havent had a period in three months. I run 5 miles a day and recently lost ten pounds because of it. I am 110 and 5'6. I am very scared for my bone health, so I am going to stop running until I get my period. Is it best to exercise less or eat more fat to gain a few pounds. I want to get my period back as fast as possible without medication. Please any helps/ links would be really great!

Your body has to have a certain amount of body fat in order for you to menstrate. You can still run, just maybe not as long distance or time. Just continue to eat a healthy diet rich in all the things your body needs, especially iron since you are a smaller frame... Best of luck!
