Can a women who suffers from amenorrhea still become pregnant and have children?

I would prefer this question to be answered by someone with experience in the medical field or by someone who has been through a similar experience. No offense intended but this is something that I would prefer not to hear an answer from someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. Thanks.
