Am I still at risk for osteopenia if I have amenorrhea but eat plenty of dairy and lots of good foods?

I am a runner, and I know that this is a common problem but its driving me nuts, I just want my damn period!

like really, its frustrating because I eat a lot.

Yes, you may still be at risk but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

In the mean time here's the link to a site that may help you find even more information til you can get a hold of your doctor. The link is at: http://forums.obgyn.net/womens-health
