What does an OB GYNE do exactly to assess for Amenorrhea or irregular periods?

This is my first time to see an OB GYNE and im wondering what she will do first exactly or questions she will be asking? Thanks so much.

when was your last menstrual period (LMP)?
are you sexually active?
How old were you when you have your first period?
are you taking any meds right now? any birth control pills?
depending on your weight, she/he might ask if you are dieting. Because anorexia can cause amenorrhea/irreg periods.
