Period help.....? |
Hey, I was just concerned about a way I could make my period start? I gave birth to my daughter in June '07. Two mths after having her I had periods. I haven't had one since. I was wanting to know if I can get it to start somehow. I was diagnosed with PCOS in '05 and I know that can contribute to my amenorrhea. Please don't say to see a doctor because I have no insurance and no money right now to be able to pay for it. I am looking for options that I can find to do without having to see a doctor. Please read my question thoroughly and don't say to see a doc...that's not an option. Thank you Any help you can provide for me will be greatly appreciated. Need any more info just ask. Honestly, I don't want to get on birth control, I am NOT currently trying to concieve but I am allergic to the pill hence the reason I stopped taking it two yrs ago. Are there any other options? Okay... I would say to just be patient with the whole process because you may not see your period for a while but if you really want the information I found below might help... Good Luck... You could try starting the pill. I havent had any children yet and I would skip months and I wasent sure why. You can go to Planned parenthood and its only 10-20 dollars if you dont have insurence. I'm sorry to say, as far as I know, there isn't any way to get your period to start without a doctor's help. If you're overweight, losing weight can help. Whether you're overweight or not, regular exercise can also help some, but that's not guaranteed to help either. You might consider looking into a free clinic, or getting government assistance in obtaining insurance. PCOS is a condition that really needs to be monitored by a doctor. |
