Can someone please offer some medical advice?

I have a high prolactin level which causes me to have breast milk and I am not pregnant. I also have secondary amenorrhea. Does anyone have any answers as to how I could possibly treat this naturally?

I remember when I was pregnant, after I had my Daughter the doctor told me to try Benadryl to dry up my glands. It worked for me, give it a try. Good Luck

Try putting ice on your breasts. That helped me when I was pregnant and didn't want to breast feed. That should help.

There are herbs that can help you like vitex (agnus chastus).
Anyway, even these natural remedies are very powerful and it can be difficult to get the right dose and they also have some side effects.
Find a good naturopath or an herbalist and s/he'll be able to help you in a natural way and avoiding making a mess.

Not always, but very offten hight prolactin can have woman with weight issue ( or due to hormons can have weight issue and that is one kind of "ladder" ... one hormon affect to another) .....

I don't know too much about this..but my sister in law have same problem ..last year she is much better..
At first she was only on pills that control level of prolactinbut ..but then she asked for help from "Diet Vita club" (it's a Healt center in our country) and she got literaly LIST OF CAN and CAN'T EAT - namely:medical natural diet-
3 months she was taking pills and live with that diet..then she was only on diet without pills..
With this she succeed to lose 17 kg. and feel much much better..Losing weight was due to normalize of the prolactin level...
Ask for some kind of health centar like this in your city..they will do diet for you according to your blood condition, hormons level etc. etc.....
You can try if atleast......
May the Force be with you !!!!!!
**P.S: sorry for my bad english :)
