Alzheimer care at home?

Do you take care of your mom or dad that has alzheimer's at home or do you have your parents in a nursing home? Any of you also have children at home and also take care of your ailing alzheimer mom or dad at the same time?

I would like to commend you on what you are doing. If your children are older make sure they help you. They can clean the house, wash dishes, clothes etc for you. If they feel comfortable helping grandma, let them. It takes all of you guys to be a family. Best wishes to you.
