My poor mother has Alzheimer's, Bless her!!? |
My Mum is 36 and showing signs of having Alzheimer's. She forgets where she puts her handbag on car keys all the time and needs a shopping list to do her shopping. I also think she is having incontinence episodes has I have found some maxi pads in her bed room put I think she has been wearing thenm a long time. Do you thinl she's ready to be put in a home for the mentally frail? Would I get the hosue? Help. i don't like your sense of humour your 15 mins of fame are up... Thirty six is a bit young for Alzheimer's. It maybe dementia and she should be evaluated by a doctor ASAP. Maybe this is a typo and she is 63 ? Even then, only a doctor can tell you what it is for sure and there are treatments. What a meanie you are. First thing you should do is have her assessed at the doctors office! You sad person - if my mother was suffering like your mum possibly is i would care for her as much as i was able to not worry about whether i would get her house. Your poor mother Bless your mother for having to deal with a child like you. 36 is kinda young for Alzheimer's. She may have a lot on her mind. Forgetting the car keys is not that big of a deal. People forget things all the time. If she gets confused, does not know who people are, where she is or even what year it is then she needs help otherwise she is a normal human being. Okay. Playtime is over. The symptoms you have described have nothing to do with Alzheimers, and your touching query about whether you would get the house is nothing short of greedy. I do like your humour... sicko i will give you a star sorry i forgot too I DO like your sense of humour. What are you doing rummaging about in your mother's bedroom!!?? You are up past your bedtime-go to bed, and tomorow you can go out to play with your friends. how old are you?, my grandmother died of this disease and believe me it is not pleasant, in the end she didn't even know who her own son was (my father), not to mention anyone else, and all you give a **** about is whether you'll get the house????, everyone forgets things from time to time, YOU ARE ONE SICK PATHETIC INDIVIDUAL, GET A LIFE, (by the way I hope you mum reads this and if she thinks the way I am you'll get a **** good hiding for it. Give us a shout when your mother's 86 and really suffering from Alzeimer's. We'll see if you think it's so bloody funny then. your mum is too young to have alzheimers everyone loses their keys and forgets things maybe shes under stress having to deal with someone like you thats causing it. incontinence is a common problem for women who have children, so maybe she has a medical problem, if she had alzheimers she wouldnt be aware enough to buy incontinence pads or do the shopping. who doesnt write a list when they go shopping? if she goes in a home your house would be sold to pay for her care and you would be homeless. its not something to joke about and is offensive to people who are genuinely dealing with relatives with this terrible disease. hope she reads what you have written about her! Are you taking the p!ss? I pity your poor mother having such a nasty piece of work as an offspring. My mum died of cancer two years ago and i would of done anything for her let alone think about who gets the house. I agree with cozycat, ur sense of humour is appalling, Alzheimer's is not n illness to joke about & i really hope you dont have to watch someone close to you deteriorate with it. You really should think before you ask such questions as there may be ppl reading it who genuinly have to deal with the illness and i dont think your ignorance would help. |
