Are Herbalife Nutritional Shakes &/or their other products effective? |
I'm considering using these products. I heard they improve your health. I was just wondering if anyone out there has used them before & how effective are they? I'm a fulltime caregiver for my mom who is a hospice paitient at home (end stage alzheimer's). I don't get to sit down & eat all the time; a good shake would be good? Any opions on th Herbalife Formula 1 shakes? Thanks! i have tried this before, and i say if you really will follow the specfications it surely is effective. I lost few pounds in just a month and couple of inches off my waist too. you will just really have to cut on carbohydrates. in my case instead of 3 full meals a day i changed to 1 full meal and the other 2 i replaced with the herbal life protein shake drink. at first you will really feel hungry, so in between meals you can also drink another glass of it. supplement vitamins should also be taken so that while you are losing weight you won't look haggard or sick. It really depends on how you use the products. If you would like to lose weight, it would be 1 healthy meal, and 2 shakes that replace any meals(I think it is more effective to skip breakfast and dinner). If you wanted to maintain your weight, it would be 2 healthy meals and 1 shake that replaces a meal(again I would think replacing dinner would be better). If you wanted to gain weight it would be 3 healthy meals and then drink a shake after your meals( which means 3 shakes). In any way that you wanted to control your weight you would want to take pills 3 times a day. Most people say you take a lot of pills but not really. I am proud to say that I am 14 years old and nothing bad has happened to me. I have lost 7 pounds in a month( it would of been more if I didn't cave in and eat sometimes) but overall it really works. And the good thing is that it helps for all your needs and almost any health problem. So yeah, I would recommend the Herbalife Formula 1(especially the Cookies N Cream one). |
