Can extreme stress cause comprehension and reading disability and poor memory ? Gelli from the Philippines?

Are sudden comprehension and reading disability , poor memory and speech problems due to extreme stress signs of early Alzheimer's? (If these symptoms are actually due to extreme stress). I have also been suffering from speech problems due to extreme stress. I am only 27 years old.

Refreshment is your great need. Don't see movie or T.V or PC. Go to the park close your eyes let the thoughts come and go in your mind. Give your mind little time. Yes Stress can cause such a problems. And to enhance your memory you will required 15 mins a day. Take out any book read 1 or 2 lines and write word to word. Try to read in first stroke. As you proceed you would be able to memories 50-60 words at a time. First it will be very difficult. But don't give up hope. This will increase your concentration and it will HARDEN you for extreme stress Really it works. Good luck

What you have sounds like stress causing all those baddies. You need to do more relaxing. Take a walk and actually look at outside. For my stress I use meditation, it seems to work for me. If you're really concerned about having early Alzheimer's disease I would contact a doctor, but it really should improve if you use more stress reduction techniques.

Be cool. You cant attribute stress to Alzheimer. I think that Alzheimer is related to genetic background.

You are thinking too much I think you have taken doctor's job also and getting additionally stressed.

Practise Meditation in morning and evening. With my personal experience I ma telling you this is very very helpful in reducing stress.

Don't think about any thing just observe you breath don't force your breath

If any thought comes cut that and come back to your respiration.

Because of extreme stress verbal conversation and blurred vision my result. But with meditation and keen observation of your entire body while meditation will help your body to be relaxed and cure by it self.

Don't take and medication unless it is very important.

Be Cool and say your self 'realx' while speaking.

Nothing will happen.

Stress can effect our bodies in so many ways.

Memory, and consentration, comprehension, and when you start worrying about all these things they get worse. You are putting more stress on yourself.

Try to relax...deep breathing, peaceful palce.
Don't push yourself relax take your time. When you push yourself you become stressed.

You are driving yourself even more stressed becaused your thinking of Alzheimers. Don't do that to yourself.

Give youself a break do some memory games
just with a deck of cards....take 2 suits hearts clubs......mix them turn them over....match the cards.....quens,kings,2s,3s etc.....you have to remember where the cards are you didnt match...make your own cards......read some simple books to help

Anyway good luck

Yes.It could be due to extreme stress. Stress is a killer, a monster. Please try to relax. Sleep early. Take a few drops of Homeopathic medicine PASSIFLORA-Q (mother tincture) for a few days, if you have trouble sleeping. Also take Kali Phos 6 x, for a few days. Try to forget your troubles. Join a gym or take yoga classes, go for long walks, alone or with close friends, pamper yourself, buy new clothes and a bottle of your favourite perfume. Remember, you are very precious, there is only one YOU in the world. The world was full of troubles before we were born and it will continue to have troubles after we are gone. Nothing much that your worrying can accomplish.
Eat good, healthful food, with plenry of fruits and vegetables. Take a multivitamin with minerals tablet for a few days. Consult your doctor about it. I know it all sounds fake and superficial, but trying to change your ATTITUDE will certainly help. God be with you.
