If someone loses their passport 4 times, 3 or 4 bank cards and several cell phones in 4 years, might they have

Alzheimer's disease?

They are 31

Net necessarily, they may just be extremely busy on their job, or under stress. 31 is a little young for Alzheimer's, anyway.

They need an organized plan on where to keep everything! Perhaps ADHD, but that also can be worked on...
Alzheimer's disease is not forgetting where you put the glass of water, it is not knowing what the glass of water is for!

Maybe, or they are just seriously absent-minded.

They? How many people are you talking about?

no you probably just have a hard time concentrating. forgeting things is very common. try to slow down. and if you smoke weed. stop.

It sounds like that person is very irresponsible with important items. These are not notes scribbled down. These are important items that are hard or impossible to retrieve. I think this person has some sort of issue. I don't want to suggest other causes because I don't know the person. If you are the person or know the person, seek counseling for whatever is causing these sorts of problems. Losing credit cards and cell phones could leave you open to identity theft and someone could be using your phone and therefore charging calls to your account unless you have canceled all accounts. Please advise this person to take all precautions and seek counseling. Talk to someone you trust if necessary first, and then take the next step. God Bless and Good Luck.

Heis hghly prone to in his old age is certain.

Too many distractions in life. Simplify, Organize. Your brain is not likely to be rotting at 31. Commonest cause in today's society is drugs or alcohol.
